Gary Gamball

Q:  How long have you been working for SAM?

A:  I started working here in June 2022.

Q:  How did you come to be part of the team at SAM? What attracted you to this role and our company?

A:  I saw a job opening, came in to interview, and I liked what I saw.

Q:  What do you enjoy most about working at SAM? Is there a specific aspect of your job or the company culture that you find particularly rewarding?

A:  I like working with people. After 25 years as a district manager, I’ve learned how to relate with different types of people.

Q:  Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or interests that you enjoy pursuing in your free time?

A:  My hobbies are anything to do with the outdoors. I’m an avid bass fisherman and fished with the Arkansas B.A.S.S. Federation for several years. I enjoy bowhunting even more and love the fall and winter months.

Q:  Can you share a fun fact about yourself?

A:  My wife and I love to take rides in our side by side all across northern Craighead and southern Greene Counties.

Q:  Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself?

A:  My wife and I have been married for 30 years this September. We have two sons, one is a mechanic and owns his own shop. He has a modified stock car and races every Saturday. The other is like me, an avid outdoorsman, and works at a car dealership. Come to our house and you’ll be greeted by two yellow labs and three cats. That’s country living at it’s finest!!

Q:  What is your go to Sunday cleaning/organizing song? 

A:  No particular song, but it has to be Rock and Roll!
