Normand Rousseau

Q:  How long have you been working for SAM?

A:  I have been with SAM for four and a half years now.

Q:  What do you like most about your job and working for SAM?

A:  I love the outstanding level of collaboration, its genuinely refreshing to be part of a team that works harmoniously towards the same goal. I love that we are encouraged to come forward with ideas, even if we all don’t agree. Also, I would like to say we have such a supportive team. If someone is having a problem the team doesn’t hesitate to reach out and assist. As a district trainer I love that I can develop people and help them on their journey.

Q:  What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

A:  In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, spending time with my cats and husband, hiking, bowling and traveling the country. I am also a huge fan of Mickey Mouse and Back to the Future.

Q:  Can you share a fun fact about yourself?

A:  A fun fact about me is my birthday falls on Thanksgiving every four years.
