2016 MidYear Update

Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) is pleased to announce a midyear update of their activities for the first half of 2016. During the first half of 2016, SAM increased same store revenue by 6.8%. Occupancy at SAM same store locations grew 2.7%.  This reporting is for the time period of 1/1/16 through 6/30/16 as compared to the same time period in 2015. These exceptional results can be attributed by increased rates and decreased discounting at the store-level. Additionally, Storage Asset Management, Inc. has been awarded 11 management contracts of operating self-storage facilities since January 1, 2016, including their first in Colorado and Michigan. Jason Buck and Danielle Campbell have also joined the SAM corporate staff as District Managers.  Jason will oversee properties in Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina.  Danielle will handle the district manager responsibilities for Southern Virginia and North Carolina.   Alyssa Quill, VP, says “We have had a really great start to 2016.
